The staff decorated the room with balloons and cakes for my daughter. JenNA was amazing. She put a huge smile on my little girl's face. I had the breakfast option, and it was very nice. All staff were friendly and catered to what was needed.
The quilt cover and bed lines felt a little bobbly. The pillows were also past their best. i expected a slight improvement on the bedding quality. It lets the hotel down

The hotel is near Tower Hill station. It made getting around very easy. The room provided an iron and a hairdryer. I also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities available in the room.
The gym was smaller than I expected. I also found the steam room underwhelming. It seemed more like an afterthought than a proper amenity. The hotel needs to rethink its approach to these spaces.

The location is fantastic, with the tower hill tube station just around the corner i could easily get around. breakfast was awesome with so many choices, really setting me up for the day. the restaurant keepers is a super addition to the hotel. I really enjoyed having such a great spot for dinner right downstairs.
The room was a bit too warm, and the air conditioning only seemed to blow hot air i needed a ventilator to get some sleep. the bathroom floor got really slippery. It was a bit of a hazard after showering.

The location is excellent near the Tower Hill Underground station. I found several restaurants and coffee shops close by. The breakfast selection included standard continental options and was very adequate. I appreciated the storage facilities behind reception, which allowed me to leave my luggage early.
The minibar was empty which I found somewhat inconvenient.

I found the room very spacious with up-to-date decor and a Nespresso machine (a big plus!). The staff were genuinely helpful. I especially appreciated the assistance from the front desk team. The breakfast buffet was excellent, boasting several choices to suit all tastes. I loved that the hotel was located just a short walk from the Underground station.
I did find that the minibar was not available in the room. This would have been a convenient addition. It meant I needed to go to the bar area each time I wanted a snack or cold drink.

The breakfast buffet presented many options, including vegan and vegetarian choices. The restaurant offered good value with several dishes. This includes local beers and vegetarian dishes (the pasta was great!).
